The cell is meant to help italian (and international) computing community to get acquainted with AFS. It offers a vast archive space that may be accessed directly from any AFS client, and we will make sure that it is populated with useful data. The areas that we provide access to are mainly placed under the /afs/italia/project directory tree. Check our current list of projects.
